Daniell Silva is a dedicated professional whose roots trace back to a humble family in Brazil. Early on, he learned the importance of honesty, hard work, and strong family bonds—values that continue to guide him every day. His fascination with technology led him to pursue a degree in Computer Science from 2006 to 2010. During those formative years, he gained hands-on experience by cabling residential and commercial buildings for TV, sound, telecommunications, and data networks.
After earning his degree, Daniell moved on to designing and managing advanced technology solutions for high-end homes and restaurants in Brazil. In the early 2010s, he ventured to the United States, spending four years at a prominent Marin County tech firm. Armed with a passion for innovation, he went on to establish Proava Tech—focusing on creating technology-driven environments that strengthen connections. Daniell believes in rolling up his sleeves alongside his team, treating everyone at Proava Tech like family and ensuring clients receive reliable, high-quality solutions.
Jonathan Romeiro is the backbone of our company, with solid experience in the telecommunication and technology industries, built over more than a decade. He has assumed leading positions in some of the most prominent technology companies in Brazil and served as a Manager at a Network Operations Center (NOC). With great experience in network infrastructure management and efficient operations, he is an acknowledged professional in his field.
Jonathan’s credentials are hitched on his ability to learn and innovate. Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional, MikroTik Certified Network Associate, and Ubiquiti UniFi enhance his competence in designing, implementing, and managing modern network solutions.
His passion for technology and problem-solving began early, earning him recognition as Champion of the São Paulo Physics Olympiad in 2006, a testament to his analytical skills and dedication.
